Base Tours

The167th Airlift Wing offers base tours, typically scheduled on Thursday afternoons. To request a tour for your group call 304-616-5963 or send an email to 167.AW.HQ.Community.Relations.Org@us.af.mil
Please submit your request at least two weeks prior to your desired tour date.

Military ID Cards

To schedule an appointment for an ID card please call 304-616-5295 or 304-616-5533. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 0800-1500 through the Military Personnel Customer Service Office located in building 134.

A few important notes:
- You will need 2 forms of unexpired identification.
- We are at the mercy of the ID machine system, the system goes down often.
- Remember with no problems it still takes about 20 minutes to get an ID made.

Vehicle Pass

Vehicle passes can be obtained through the Security Forces Squadron located in building 134.

The main entrance to the 167th Airlift Wing is located off of U.S. Rt. 11 in Pikeside, south of Martinsburg.

Military ID
Due to COVID-19, please call 304-616-5295 to schedule an appointment for an ID card. Appointments are available on Tuesdays 0800-1300 only. Starting October 1, 2020, appointments will be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays are currently booked through mid-November.
Per DoD Guidance, Uniformed Services ID cards that expired on or after Jan.1, 2020, will remain valid through June 30, 2021.
