Tech. Sgt. Victoria Shrieves is a personnelist for the 167th Force Support Squadron.

She has served in the 167th Airlift Wing for seven years.

“TSgt Shrieves is a valued member of the FSS team as an experienced personnelist,” said Senior Master Sgt. Julie Lozinski, 167th military personnel section superintendent.

Her primary duties include wing level program management of both enlisted and officer appraisals, the gaining of military personnel, as well as awards and decorations.

“In short, Tech. Sgt. Shrieves ensures that Airmen are properly joined to our wing, evaluated effectively on their performance, and then recognized for their hard work,” Lozinski said.

Shrieves said she assists members and their dependents throughout the member’s career and even after, into retirement.

“Her most recent accomplishment was clearing a substantial backlog of EPRs and OPRs (performance reviews) for the wing, a process that included not only substantial data tracking and reporting to wing and state leadership, but also training for leadership and command support staff,” Lozinski said.

Shrieves said the most valuable lessons that she learned thus far in her career are to, “let this job challenge you and take charge of your career.”

Shrieves offers this advice to new Airmen: “Having a plan in life is great but be ready to completely change it, multiple times, as opportunities present themselves.”

People may be surprised to know that she has four dogs, three cats and 19 chickens.
