Air National Guard crew flies its 1st C-5 to Djibouti
Crews remove the last of two Marine CH-53E Super Stallion helicopters from a C-5 Galaxy April 10 in Djibouti, Africa. The Galaxy's overseas journey was a first for the West Virginia Air National Guard's 167th Airlift Wing, a unit that recently gained the massive airframe capable of transporting oversized cargo to any theater of combat on the globe.
