West Virginia Youth Leaders Camp
167th Airlift Wing member, Master Sergeant Kelley McKinney, a TAC (Train, Advise, Counsel) leader for the West Virginia Youth Leaders Camp, instructs a camper on proper push-up technique on the first day of the camp at Camp Dawson near Kingwood, WV. Sixty-six high schoolers from West Virginia participated in the week-long camp now in its forty-third year.
