Maj. Gen. James Hoyer, the adjutant general for the West Virginia National Guard, is presented with a model of a C-17 Globemaster III during the introduction ceremony for the C-17 Globemaster III at Martinsburg, W.Va. air base, Dec. 6. Distinguished guests, visitors and family members were at the wing, for the introduction ceremony for the C-17 Globemaster III. The unit is currently going through a conversion from the C5 Galaxy.
