167th Airlift Wing holds C-17 conversion ceremony
                Col. David Cochran, vice commander for the 167th Airlift Wing, presents a replica of the original flight engineer occupational badge to Chief Master Sgt. (Ret) James Roberts and Chief Master Sgt. Jake Fairburn during the introduction ceremony for the C-17 Globemaster III at Martinsburg, W.Va. air base, Dec. 6. Distinguished guests, visitors and family members were at the wing, for the introduction ceremony for the C-17 Globemaster III. The unit is currently going through a conversion from the C5 Galaxy.
