Lt. Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel, vice chief of the National Guard Bureau in Washington, D.C., attended the C-17 Globemaster III conversion ceremony at the 167th Airlift Wing in Martinsburg, W.Va., Dec. 6, 2014. Lengyel visited unit members and recognized some for their hard work by presenting them with his coin.
