Wing partners with Argos and USDA to study black vultures

A tag is attached to the wing of a black vulture as part of the study into the vulture’s behaviors in and around Martinsburg, W.Va. The 167th AW has teamed up with the USDA and Argos Cement Plant to research the behaviors of black vultures living in the area of the airfield to help mitigate the aviation threats.
