Full Spectrum Wellness Day provides tools for Airmen resilience

Airmen enjoy massages from newly certified massage therapists from James Rumsey Technical Institute as part of the 167th Airlift Wing’s Full Spectrum Wellness Day, Oct. 6, 2019. The 167th Airlift Wing paused normal unit training assembly activities for the day to focus on wellness and resilience as part of an Air Force-wide initiative to address a spike in suicides across the force this year.
