167th hosts Leadership West Virginia class for orientation flight
Members with the Leadership West Virginia program become familiarized with the mission and objectives of the West Virginia National Guard and 167th Airlift Wing during a civic leader orientation flight at the 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, West Virginia, Sept. 22. Leaders from the state flew aboard a C-17 Globemaster III aircraft with the 167th during a scheduled training flight to get a better understanding of the 167th’s operations during a brief training sortie over the skies of West Virginia. The Leadership West Virginia program cultivates new leaders to identify and solve state issues and aid in West Virginia’s growth and prosperity. (Air National Guard photo by Staff Sgt. Edward Michon)
