167th Airlift Wing conducts readiness exercise
North Carolina National Guard Soldiers with 5th Battalion, 113th Field Artillery, maintain communications during a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) training event as part of a readiness exercise for the 167th Airlift Wing, Shepherd Field, Martinsburg, West Virginia. The exercise tested the unit’s ability to mobilize, operate and sustain its mission in degraded and contested environments through a variety of scenarios.
