167th AW Commander's All Call

U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. David Cochran, Assistant Adjutant General – Air, West Virginia National Guard, addresses members of the 167th Airlift Wing during a commander’s all-call in a hangar at the 167th Airlift Wing, Martinsburg, West Virginia, Apr. 5, 2025. The purpose of the all-call was to address challenges and changes the wing and military is currently facing, as well as recent accomplishments of the 167th AW. “We are prepared for any fight and to defend the homeland,” said Cochran while addressing the crowd. “We strap up our boots and protect what we need to protect.” The all-call also highlighted the five expectations prioritized by state and wing leadership: warrior ethos, combat readiness, lethality, one guard family and accountability.
